Job Summary
We're looking for a Jr. Graphic Designer with DTP expertise to support our Packaging team for the second half of 2025. If you’re highly organized, know your way around pre-press files, and love getting the details right, we’d love to work with you.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and finalise artwork files for print production (including packaging and instruction manuals).
Manage layout updates across product families and platforms.
Ensure color accuracy and advice on print materials, varnishes, and substrates.
Collaborate with external suppliers to arrange proofs and samples.
Provide light graphic design and image retouching support where needed.
Maintain up-to-date packaging and online documents across the portfolio.
Partner with internal teams (Packaging, Product, Design, Marketing) and external vendors.
Qualifications:
Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
2-5 years of experience working in packaging, print production, or DTP roles.
Strong hands-on skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Solid understanding of print production, pre-press, and structural packaging.
Familiarity with die lines, substrates, varnishes, and print techniques.
Sharp eye for color accuracy and experience with color management for print.
Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks under tight timelines.
Must be currently based in the Netherlands.
