Job Summary

We’re looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Lead to lead and elevate Talent Acquisition and recruitment across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia. This is a highly strategic yet hands-on role for someone who thrives in international, fast-paced environments and enjoys building, optimizing, and scaling TA functions.

As the sole recruiter within the business, you will own global end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions while partnering closely with leadership on hiring strategy, talent insights, and organizational growth. Beyond hiring, you will play a key role in further maturing Talent Acquisition at Polaroid through employer branding, recruitment operations, systems optimization, structured hiring, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making.


Key Requirements

  • Own and drive full-cycle global recruitment across multiple regions and business functions.

  • Partner with leadership on hiring strategy, talent mapping, and organizational growth.

  • Build scalable sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and passive candidate networks in competitive markets.

  • Further build, optimize, and professionalize Polaroid’s new ATS environment (Ashby), ensuring scalable recruitment operations, workflows, reporting, and hiring processes aligned with business needs.

  • Drive structured hiring and continuously improve recruitment processes, systems, workflows, and automation.

  • Lead and drive Talent Acquisition initiatives across candidate experience, DEI, and recruitment operations to scale TA excellence globally.

  • Build and shape Polaroid’s global employer brand from the ground up, creating a candidate journey and storytelling approach that reflects one of the world’s most iconic brands.

  • Leverage talent insights, recruitment analytics, and market trends to improve hiring quality, efficiency, and decision-making.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic sparring partner to stakeholders globally.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of Talent Acquisition experience within global, fast-paced organizations.

  • Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy, workforce planning, and organizational growth.

  • Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and passive talent attraction across multiple functions.

  • Experience driving TA transformation initiatives including recruitment operations, systems optimization, structured hiring, and process improvements.

  • Experience building and scaling employer branding strategies and candidate engagement initiatives.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging talent insights and recruitment analytics to improve hiring quality and business decision-making.

  • Strong interest in AI and emerging TA technologies, with a curiosity for exploring and leveraging AI to improve sourcing, hiring processes, operational efficiency, and Talent Acquisition strategy.

  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders when needed.

  • Comfortable operating independently while balancing strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives with hands-on execution.

  • Builder mentality with a passion for scaling TA maturity, driving continuous improvement, and creating structure in evolving environments.
